Name that seat! Anyone got any idea what seat this is?
Hi everyone.
I am trying to find out who the manufacturers of my seats are. The car was built in the UK and then shipped over here to Australia so it's
pretty likely the seats were purchased from the UK.

Thanks guys you're awesome!
Any ideas on where I might find some specs on the seats? I need to find out if they are ADR approved for street use and if so what requirements they
meet.

I've tried Westfield but all they can tell me is that they are for road and hillclimb use but they don't have any specifications they can
email me? I imagine I am not the only one to be using this type of seat in a road registered vehicle so how did others go about getting their cars
certified with these seats fitted?

They make the seats themselves, so thats why they wont give any specs out, so they dont get copied. I doubt very much they have any approvals on them.
They just make them and sell them. Just like other kit manufacturers do.

There is no need for seat certification in the UK. IVA is (and SVA was) fairly basic for the acctual seats them selves, they are more concerned with
sear belts.
