I was one of the last to go through SVA there.

Two chaps, Doug is the more experienced, the other guy is a bit of biker.

Very tight on sharp edges, probably impossible to pass first time.

Fair and friendly perhaps not the easiest pass, but I enjoyed my time there.
When my engine failed to start (i.e. couldn't start test) Doug gave me a good half hour giving me a list of things that needed sorting (mostly sharp edges!

Passed there first time last Sept. Doug Sharpe could not have been more helpful. Offered to calibrate the speedo for me and let me adjust the headlamps while he checked the beams. He helped his brother build a Fury some years back so does at least know about kit cars.
