Which brakes shall I use?

I have brakes and hubs from two separate donor cars and I need some guidance about which would be best in my Haynes roadster. One donor car has disc brake front and back and ABS, the other has discs front and drums rear, no ABS, normal master cylinder with servo. I want to use the master cylinder from the second car but can I use the all round disc brakes from the first car or should I stick with its original set up of disc and drum? Thanks.

Will the master cylinder from the disc/drum car work with just as well with discs front and back?

you might well need to install a balance valve so you can adjust the balance front to rear or the rear might be overbraked -( which is not a good thing )

you'll need to use the inertia valve that is fitted to the sierra to stop the rears overtaking and locking up. it's detailed in the book.
