Diffs for sale open to sensible offers
This is the start of a large garage clear out. Not been using the kit much for the last couple of years and well I've moved onto mountain biking
now so in reality it's not going to get the use it deserves.
So I'm going to be selling off all the spares I've accumulated over the past ten years. Then once the cars motd in a few weeks
that's going as well along with a Brian James trailer.
So here's the first batch
7" sierra diff 362 ratio lsd with 100mm output flanges.
Was in my car before I swapped over to 314
7" sierra diff 314 ratio open with 100mm output flanges.
This is a spare and has had some ally welding done to the case, looks like a good strong weld. NOW SOLD!!!!
7.5" grandad diff 336 ratio open with 110 mm output flanges.
Never used this just got offered it and bought it.
All of the above are been offered hear first as id like to see them been used in kits.
I am open to sensible offers on them all.
Collection from ls19 Leeds. Or if you want to arrange a courier that's fine I'll package them up.
Thanks rob

Sorry no pushin diffs
You can convert them very easily you know just by removing the output flanges. I've done it a couple of times over the years.

So I could simply unbolt the flanges from an LSD and use my push in shafts and drums without taking the diff apart?

LSD flanges are unequal lenths so you can't just take them out and use push in
AFAIK you can do that with none lsd bolt in flanges

Just in case anyone else is needing to get a diff delivered like me, these guys can ship a 33Kg diff for £13.79 next day.
http://www.parcelmonkey.co.uk
Might be useful as I expected it to cost me more. I've not dealt with this company before so no idea if they are any good. I'll report
back if there are any problems.
Cheers,
Craig.

Maybe not, I just looked at some of the reviews for parcelmonkey...
Reviews always tend to be negative although I'll do a bit more digging before I commit to using them.

I've used parcel monkey plenty of times with no problems, but like you also read lots of negative feedback from customers.

That's good to hear - I think I'll give them a go as most other couriers have a 30Kg limit. I'm not in any rush to receive the diff
I just don't want to mess Rob about with the collection. I'll give them a go and see how it goes I think.
Thanks

That's the problem with reviews, no body who has a good experience ever leaves one .

Well I might be adding my name to the list of complaints against them after what I just saw...
Got a quote of £13.79 inc vat for a 33Kg parcel of 45x30x30cm size on their website front page. However, after creating an account and trying to book
the actual delivery it is now looking for £87.13. That's from the outskirts of Leeds to an address in central Scotland so not the highlands or
islands.
I've also requested quotes on shiply.com and so far £45 is the best quote so ParcelMonkey won't be getting my business that's for
sure. I'll wait to see if any more quotes come through before proceeding. I might call parcelmonkey tomorrow (if they are open) to see if this
was a mistake.

I used them last month to send a 30kg parcel to East Lothian, from Wolverhanpton. It was approx 30 x 45 x 45. I sent it through parcelmonkey for less
than £15 on a 3 day insurance for upto £500. Other quotes from elsewhere were much higher. Royal mail wanted about £85.

I've sent it via http://www.interparcel.com for £17.82 all inc. on a next day service via City Link. I found lots of good reviews for this site
and they gave me the same price (so far at least...) as when I got the quote. It was certainly very easy to arrange the delivery on the site and
I'll be sure to report back if it all goes horribly wrong for any reason...

Just a quick note to say that City-Link delivered my diff as promised today at around 3pm. No problems whatsoever and I can now heartily recommend the
interparcel.com service and website to others. It really is very cheap at less than £18 all inc to get a 33Kg diff from West Yorkshire to central
Scotland. I'll certainly be much more likely to bid on items here on the forum in future.
Also, thanks to Rob for packaging up the diff and sending it off promptly (Recommended seller A++++++++++) - oh sorry, wrong site!
Cheers,
Craig.

I thought Parcel Monkey was just a web site that searches courier companies prices. ( Just like GoCompare or Money Supermarket do for banking )
Do that actually have their own vehicles now ?
