Sierra Uprights

Hi all, I'm looking for some new Sierra uprights for my Luego - is there any difference in the geometry between any of the 2WD versions as some of the ones I've been looking at appear to be slightly different? Cheers, Pete

Sierra 2 /4WD / Cosworth are all different.
The Granada ones are also different.

I believe all the 2WD ones are the same.
There were difference in Disc and Caliper sizes.
You will need the right caliper brackets for the appropiate Calipers ( I think).
I had 2WD front uprights, with 4X4 calipers and discs.

There is also a mod to use one of the Fiesta ST?) discs with a spacer / extender bracket to reposition the caliper for the larger disc.
You will need to be sure of what calipers and discs will fit inside your wheel rims.
Especially if you have 13" rims.
17" shouldnt be a problem.

But Please check first before spending your cash.

Geoff

Hi Geoff,

Thanks for the info. I'm planning to fit aftermarket discs and calipers anyway, so that's no problem. The difference on the pair I was looking at seemed to be on the steering rack arm section. On the ones fitted to my car there is a circular boss cast on the end, whereas the ones I was looking to buy are just square (if you know what I mean). This made me wonder if there were differences. Thanks again for your help.

Regards

Pete
