V5 not present, car exported, replacement document possible?
hi all together,
some months ago i purchased a westfield.
the car was exported from UK to france some years ago and registered there on false paperwork.
(reason for that is quite simple: registering kitcars in france is a nightmare and was even more difficult a few years ago when the car was
exported.)
is it possible, applying at the DVLA for a replacement document, based on the chassis number.
i do not know the original UK registration, nor do i know if the car was declared exported correctly.
i have no details about the last UK-owner, nor a sales contract when the car was sold from Uk to france.
also i´m not a UK resident.
