Eaton m45 supercharger for zetec
I'm selling my eaton m45 supercharger which is bolted to a custom inlet plenum for a blacktop zetec. Also comes with charge pipe for air filter
and bypass valve for supercharger.
Produced 175bhp and 163lbft on completely standard engine, standard pulley size and no cooling. Will produce more if water meth, charge cooler or
intercooler is added or can just be run as is, produces a big smile as is.
£550

No still going ahead with the eaton m62 project. This is my old setup so will be a good upgrade for someone or they could even take it further with
water meth.

I'm interested.
Is it just a simple bolt on mod and setup with Omex 600?
Cheers

Hi dude, could be interested in this, are you sure about the power output, seems a lot of agrro for 10bhp over standard (assuming this is on a
2.0l)
cheers Paul

Hi standard blacktop 2L is around 130bhp standard.
Also this charger was run on standard pulley and no additional cooling.

Not only is that a significant increase in BHP, 45, but I suspect the torque has risen a fair bit and will be available from tick over.

Ok my bad,my standard 2.0l BT is 160 brake. 150tq on itb's.
The Jackson Racing set up produces 200brake on a standard lump, im assuming that would use a bigger pully ?
Any idea what pressure this unit puts out ?
Thanks Paul

Hi it was only running 6psi so not used anywhere near to its full potential.
You'd want a smaller pulley if you wanted to run more boost.

Just a few more pictures showing when it was fitted. The first pictures show the induction pipe that comes from the throttle body and over the inlet
plenum. Then there's some pictures of when I removed this pipe and had a side exit air filter.

Haha I had to take screen shots of the pictures from photobucket, for some reason that's the advert on the bottom that photobucket use.

I don't go anywhere near photobucket anymore as it seems to badly corrupt my pc with ads!
