For the Haters - this still looks like it has the magic.
Assuming the presenters gel well, which we can give them a few series to sort, the production and content still looks top end.

I'll reserve judgement until I've seen a few episodes, but for me personally the Clarkson, Hammond & May team were an integral element
of the TG show. I would like to see a little more on the cars themselves, but as an hour a weeks entertainment I found it perfectly OK to view.
I don't suppose we'll ever know the whole story, but it struck me that Clarkson had had enough and wanted a way out of it. Probably not
the smartest way to end it, but then he's OK financially and free to do other stuff now.

I've not watched a TG episode for the last 3 seasons, but am really looking forward to this. Hopefully the much needed breath of fresh air that
the series has been crying out for for a very long time!

Ditto, looks like it could be good. I was proper sick of the scripted incompetence of the old show.

It does largely still look like the last version of TG with different people but I am reserving judgement and hoping that's not entirely the
case. I really like Chris Harris' Internet videos and hoping he'll bring some of that to TV.
Hopefully they'll have some motorsport stuff now that BBC seems to have dropped all racing.

Likewise, I find Chris Harris quite good on YouTube - a proper petrol head who can present as well.

Hopefully he can bring some of that magic. I think its fitting since I'm sure I saw him do a piece (Either on Drive on YouTube or written down)
about "Car Journalism in the age of Top Gear" about his philosophy for how he was making videos that were interesting and exciting without
just being a copy of Top Gear. unfortunately all searchs with his name and top gear in just return articles about the up coming series.
For those who haven't seen them...

There's a couple of videos of him in his own cars really enjoying himself, and one in a borrowed car which is quite funny.
