I do 3D printing - believe me, that big printer is quite an achievement!
I just hope they didn't make the parts out of PLA, which gets brittle and falls apart as it gets older... but I suspect that the man who printed
them knew that already.
And did I see a hint of the final colour at the end? Dark red or maroon maybe?
they did say at the end; even if the printed parts are not suitable - ie robust enough etc, they can be used to make moulds for fibreglass or other
composites.
