zetec 1.8 flywheel or the 1.6

Whats the best flywheel to use on a 1.8 zetec? the 1.8 flywheel or the 1.6 flywheel as i have both

Sorry if this sound flippant, but check the clutch pressure plate locating dowels, they may be different, and use the one that fits your selected clutch.
Compare weights, the 1.8 flywheel may be lighter in which case this is preferable.

Try the 1.8 CVH flywheel, which can be lightened, much more than the Zetec and is a straight fit. Clutch, starter etc are all perfect fit. The only complication is that you'll have to use a front crank-mounted sensor, although this is easy enough - I can email pictures if you're interested.
