11/1300cc Xflow Engine Wanted

Well title says it all.

I have just bought a Jago Geep with a 1600 Xflow in it for my Son. A Locost was a bit too much of a tight fit as he is 6ft 5" and 17st.

I am looking for a smaller engine, as £3000 YES... £3K for insurance is a bit much. Cos its more than he earns as a student.
We can reduce that bill, by fitting a smaller engine until he is a bigger boy and has passed his test. (he is 17)

The AA wanted £3k, and Adrian Flux says No Under 19's for Kit Cars

Preferably Close to East Anglia, and in running condition, cheap, and complete.

Does not have to be tuned or special.. just a reasonable runner.

Can collect.
drop me a U2U or whatever!.

I've a 1300 in my Gemini but wouldn't mind a 1600. Would you consider a swap with maybe a few beer tokens?
