Congratulations. Now you can relax and get the car registered and enjoy it.

Now you will have time to help me with mine!!!!

Miserable old git wet blanket time....

A surprising number of people have stuffed their newly-registered Locost into the scenery within the first few hundred miles - take it easy and work steadily up to fast driving! I admit to going sideways a few times, shortly after registering the car...

<old git mode off>

Have fun though!

David

Dave, i couldn't agree more, i came very close on several occasions within the 1st few weeks, that's prob the best bit of advice posted on here this week if not month, the little buggers are quick and can get you into trouble well before you have time too think, how many times have you pulled onto a roundabout only having too jump on the brakes because someone thought they had time too pull on in front of you at the next exit/entry to it, you have too think for other road users too, bit like riding a bike.

The main problem is that you find yourself getting into situations faster than you expected...

... fair comment about other drivers, though - they simply don't register that the little car approaching the junction/roundabout is going VERY fast. And roundabouts are such fun, aren't they...

yup the "fast" bit can be well within the speed limit, other road users dont expect you too be doing 30mph 5 yds after you set off, yup roundabouts are fun
