Don't make the mistake of just coming through in the afternoon for the competition runs. You'll sometimes see better stuff in practice
when everyone is searching for grip levels.

It is a sprint. (round a track against the clock).
On Saturday it's a round of the Scottish sprint championship and on Sunday it's a round of the lowlands speed championship.
Its a small track in East Ayrshire in the village of Muirkirk. It's about 15 - 20 minutes from juction 12 of the M74.
on from around 9.30am(ish) each day until everybody has had 4 runs - could be 3pm could be 6pm

great day strongly recomend it to all sprint virgins
got loads of video clips of most of the cars there comming out of the first turn (paddock??) if any body interested gives a shout and i can email
them
