Independent rear suspension
Independent rear suspension
Hi I have seen some pictures of what looks like a locost but with independent rear suspension I was hoping some one might have drawings of how you
modify the standard space frame. And what other bits I need to make this alteration. I am still at the planning stage of the project at the moment.
Thanks a lot

It seems that what is a reasonably good idea (ie it's what I did) it to buy the Build Your Own Tiger Avon book, and graft the IRS design onto RC's
chassis

Amazon has it on 24 hour lead time, I'm sure you can wait that long can't you? A steal at £16, even if it does fall to bits in your hands.

I have herd mixed reports about this book and its lack of measurements but all I am wanting is a picture of the IRS with one or two measurements on it
surly some one can doodle one of these for me in paint in about 5 mins.
Thanks a lot to any one who takes the time to post this information. Also you must get asked this all the time buy newbis so if you post it you will
be able to avoid people pestering you.
