wheel spacers and SVA??
is it ok to fit wheel spacers before SVA??.

Yes. I had my wheels on and off that many times that on my retest I had spacers on one side and not the other. Still passed.

I passed with 10mm spacers fitted.
They may get upset if the spacers used are huge, or if they suspect that the wheel nuts aren't fully on the stud (you should be using longer
studs).

My spacers are 2 inch and were not even mentioned.
