Sierra bits

After the last sierra bits when i go home in a months time. Thought I would put an ad up in plenty of time.

Need the following from a sierra:

Diff, hubs etc with drum brakes [Got these thanks to VanHaydn]

Push in driveshafts needed... [got these now]

Type 9 gearbox, bellhousing, release arm etc.

Steering column and downlink, with a wheel, dont need switchgear. [Got this thanks to VanHaydn as well ]

Handbrake mechanism

Master cylinder [got this too]

Local to the kings lynn area would be good (anywhere between Norwich, Peterborough and Cambridge!) , then i can come and pick them up when i get home on 10th june.

The idea is to have all the stuff ready to fit into the chassis once i have picked it up so I can get it running ASAP

If youve got any of the stuff let me know. Save me driving miles fruitlessly hunting around scrap yards....

Cheers,
David

NSDEV has Gearbox etc...

Master cylinders are so cheap - get new - can get for £30 new

I'll have a word with my mate - he owns a scrappy see what's kicking about - they don't get many Sierras anymore though - every time I ask - I get told to look in the museum

Is he the one on the A17?

Think i went to see him when i was after a pinto head. Reckoned he was getting £300 for a complete pinto engine...

Trouble around our way is the banger boys get a lot of the running sierras. Its pot luck when you go to the scrappies!

Theres loads of big scrap yards and only 2 had any sierras in at all when I went around at easter. Suprised me!

thats the guy, hes a little tad strange, but on the other hand if you go there with a hand full of teners he changes his mine about the prices as quick as the weather changes, and has the goods you need.

i also have a complete back axle with driveshafts and diff coming off at the same time - im sure we can arrange a price and a courier for the parts

I will also be able to get hold of a handbrake mechanism quite cheaply for you as well if you want to make an offer via u2u
