tyre sizes voor race indy
a question for a friend: which slick tyre and wheel sizes do people in britain race with on their fireblade indy's????
Its got a 3.38 diff so whats the best???
Fitting 13 inch wheels gives problems with caliper clearance... so fit others??? or go for 15 inch???
I will post this question in the race section also.

Hi,
Most racers use 13" wheels and 60 profile tyres as these are lighter and the rubber is a lot cheaper (than 15" . Typically they use Avon
ACB10's or Yokohama O32's. Depending on what race series you are in you are limited to the max width tyre you can use.
