Legalities
Hi all,
Have been thinking about this for a long time, building a Locost, bought the Book a few years ago. Presume legalities have altered since it was first
written. If I use a "Historic Vehicle" as donor can I keep the taxation class?
Presume someone on here knows all legal stuff.
Thanks,
Ian.

Oh well thanks for that. What other legal pitfalls are there?
Ian.

try having a search back through old posts in this section, will probably answer most if not all of your questions. Also check the vosa/dvla
websites.

There are some cars that were built before SVA regs came in that were registered with age related plates and kept their tax exemption. Will they lose
this or are they exempt for their duration now?
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
