I don't think it's locost based, it's different in almost every area. There's a worrying lack of triangulation throughout the chassis, it's especialy nasty around the side rails at the rear of the cockpit area.

Looks like it might make a reasonable boat though. Wouldn't want my car being pinned in place by that. MY first attempt at a chassis looked better. Not a lot mind, but a fair bit.

don't know...

I wouldn't trust it, would make an interesting go-kart, if not a little bit big. maybe some kind of off road grass tracker?

Trials car is a possibility - the lack of axles and suspension mountings might explain that - they usually have a beam axle at the front. Also, the handles on the back for something to hold onto when bouncing point to that.

I think it looks like a trials car as there looks to be 2 hand brakes and a single suspension pickup on the front?
Also the handles on the back for hanging on and bouncing about!!!!
