Windscreen Surround
Sunday's project will probably be the windscreen surround and pillars. I have the standard square channel Tiger one - is there a nice way to
radius the edge and then polish it, or should I just cover it?
I'm worried about making it look awful, or filing through the metal completely...

I rounded the edge with a file, then used sand paper to smooth, and then mega smooth with wet and dry paper. I then polished with polishing wheels.
Need to watch the screen is not in too tight. Mine was and it cracked :-(
