Kitcar vs mother nature.

I'm thinking about getting a Fisher Fury. This one doesn't have a full windscreen and also no real wet weathergear. It does have a sort of tonneau/interior cover. This should keep most rain out of the car. I would like to use the car often, but this means I can't put it in a garage. It would cost to much time to get it and store it back again. So can I just park the car outside throughout the year?

How does a kitcar cope with it? Will it rust? I did see some kitcars which has rust on the tubular frame. Nowadays there are no real winters anymore so no frost. I live in Holland BTW. The only thing now is rain. Will the kitcar be damaged by storing it outside? It does have a flat cover that goes over the interior so let's assume that keeps the interior rainfree. But maybe not moistfree?

Buy a good waterproof, breathable outdoor cover and invest in a carport of some sort, still won't be as good as a Garage but will keep the worst of it off.
