We have!!

Picture if you will, a large gent sitting in a deckchair. On the beach.

His attire will consist of sockless feet, what were once smart trousers (or for you Scots, troooosers) rolled up to his knees. A string vest (which will leave red sun spots on his exceptionally pale, but hirsuit chest). Said vest will be somewhat strectched around the middle. Upon his follickly challenged palette, will be a clean, and knotted handkerchief.

There you go. The National Dress of Ingurland!
