Bonnet Vents

Since my car got smashed up by an uninsured driver (while parked!), I have been giving her a complete overhaul. A special thanks to Triton (Mark) for sorting out the GRP damage.

I am going to paint the bonnet so now is the ideal time to add some vents to get rid of all that excess hot air.

I am after some Metro style bonnet vents, or something similar, ideally by Saturday.

What have you got?
Thanks
Mark

If you're going to paint the bonnet anyway you could use B&Q ali louvres - bond them in place and finish, then paint to your spec.

how about ones like hellfires? couple of strips of aluminium and some mesh. Finish looking like aston martin db9 side vents.

How about something like this?

They now have fine black mesh behind and are pretty discreet and work very well indeed! Took a couple of hours to do, and cost about £1.50 for the mesh
