MK Indy to MK Indy R rebuild?

Has anyone done this yet....?

I noticed on MK's website that the new chasis will accept the GRP body work from the previous chasis. Has anyone started or finished a complete rebuild of an Indy going around the new R spec chasis/suspension, but using everything else from a previous Indy build?

Is it possible?

Cheers
Nick

If I don't sell my Indy this summer and start something new then it may be a project for next winter.

Would it not be worth just starting afresh since you'd have to do another SVA anyway? Might as well hav new bodywork and parts while you're at it

Why would you have to do another SVA? You're only replacing the chassis.
