Avatar change required
Anyone who's avatar is hosted in the photo archive will need to make a tweak to their profile to get it to show. This is because the old server
(forum.locostbuilders...) was switched off yesterday and therefore doesn't serve any avatars stored on it any more!
The people who need to do this are below. I was going to do it for you but there's too many and I'm lazy 
Point to 'Control Panel' in top right, click 'Edit Profile', scroll down to avatar and delete 'forum.' from the
filename.
