Have seen them before. I think they were called hyclones or something like that and came from Australia.
The Americans have them as well linky It must work coz this bloke says so

Is this really true.......I think its just snake oil that makes it go faster. What proof do you have for the power increase claimed. Will this product
make my 1 litre peugeot feel and sound like a 200 hp v8.

locost version is an empty coke can cut to shape with scissors.
I am not saying it doesn't work but if it did, like the magnets on the fuel line thing, you would have thought the major car manufacturers to
fit them as standard, would you not?
