zx12r cooling system

My next job on the build is to plumb the zx12r engine cooling system.
I need some pipe which I think will need to be 28mm inside diameter and some 15mm inside diameter for the oil cooler and expansion tank, I need the pipe in black and pipe that will allow for some gentle bends without kinking, I also need t-pieces that will allow a 15mm exit from a 28mm pipe, can anyone tell me where I can get these from.
Also on the zx12r engine about an inch above the main return outlet there is a small outlet that is only a few millimeters in diameter that when the engine is fitted in its normal use in the motorbike a small diameter pipe runs from there into the bike radiator,do I need to run this pipe in the same way?
Cheers for any help
Ed.

Hi mate, we always seem to be at the same point (I've been doing mine today). You can just use standard 28mm copper pipe from any plumbers merchants and have it powdercoated when it's soldered. I used off cuts of the original pipework to connect it to the rad and block. If you have an email address I can send you a map for the cooling system or see my recent thread here which describes what goes where.

3x28mm elbows
2x45 degree 28mm elbows
and 2 tee's
1 was 28x28x22 (for the expansion bottle
1 was 28x28x15 (for the oil cooler

Yeah expensive stuff innit. I think mine was £40 for the lot at a plumbers merchants. A 3 metre length of pipe will do it no probs.
