Mega Jolt

Im thinking of buyuing a mega jolt but i need to know abit more about it as im kinda new, i just hear people saying its alot better than electronic dizzys and im looking for the best i can fit to a boring old pinto 2l ive got a pair of twin 40's to go on all jetted, is a mega jolt the way to go too?

i found my boring old pinto ran better with Megajolt. Would defo fit again. Not expensive compared to renewing ignition system. Adaptable for future tuning from your laptop too.

Fitting the TPS can ba a pain but several people have done it so its worth searching for solutions. Other than that very easy to fit (and runs well in 2D mode without the TPS sensor until you suss that out). Several people have got the MAP sensor to work with multiple carb set ups so that an alternative (MAP - manifold absolute pressure - ie works off the vacuum).

I have just fitted one to my Pinto. It runs so much better now.

It took me a while to get my head round it and get it set up. PM me if you need any info

Its hard to quantify what 'better' means, but when you try it you will know what we mean. Probs no more power but engine seems to be smoother and more responsive.

My point of reference was new electronic dizzy set up on pinto.
