Grrrr More Ebay Madness

i found a company selling some nice carbon wing mirrors.

here is a quick rundown of what has happened
12th July i paid for them immediately after winning
29th Aug the item still hadnt arrived, so i asked the seller. he told me that he didnt have the item, but had another similar one i could have instead... after much persuation i said i would have it with a refund of the difference ( which he did immediately) he told me it would be with me in 5 - 15 days time.
16th July item hadnt arrive, so i questioned him again, he told me he wont send me it, because i havent paid for it!?! he then raises a non payment dispute, which i fill in with all the details form paypal proving that i paid for it.
i had long drawn out arguments with the seller, and was getting nowhere, so i decided to raise a non reciept dispute...
26th Aug ( 10 days after raising the non reciept dispute) the seller hadnt responded, so i won the dispute, and got my money back, and left bad feedback
29th Aug ( Today) i recieve a strike against my account for the non payment !?! WTF Now ive got to dispute this.... i am sooo wound up right now

It is another case proving ebay are just in it for the money, they spout about their protection policies etc. but they don't invest in the back end systems to deal with their policies. How can the same systems refund you and then claim you havent paid?? ebay owns paypal, there is absolutely no excuse for their databases not to communicate, and lock out counter disputes and the like.

Non paying bidder strike after losing a Paypal dispute is a classic. I wouldn't worry about it, it will not go through.

It's just the seller trying to recover the listing fees back - tight arse.

If its a strike against your ebay account that can be solved, by contacting ebay, considering paypal got you your money back, ebay should be able to find this out and wont let it go through. It happened to my dad a few weeks ago but all is solved now.

Dont worry about it

Edit: Was the seller a proper set up powerseller or a normal guy selling a few things?

He/They are a Power seller based in China.

They was Called "Momoitaly", but then mid dispute they have changed their name to "Momoitalyshop" ?!?

It is strange because when i first started dealing with them the person wrote gramaticaly very good english, then a bit later on ( after the name change, and when things were starting to get heated) the person i was dealing with wrote very poor pigeon english, like it was a different person i was dealing with, and knew nothing about previous correspondancies

I guess you have to check the country of origin next time. Mind you, I had a problem with a part from another Canadian province, but it was cleared up right away and I was repaid. Still didn't hear from the seller though.
