What free software?

What free software is available for me to do a little suspension designing with?

I just want to mess about wishbone lengths and mounting points etc and be able to see what happens when it moves.

Thanks in advance

Cheers

Mark

Aye, sounds like you need to make a 'string computer' from Allan Staniforths books

I am just in the process myself, i am planning on using CAD to see the overall movement, and then measure angles etc.

I think other ways would be easier to be honest, but i am enjoying CAd'ing all components and seeing what the final outcome will look like before i buy any steel and waste money.
