Can't you just hold it and use a air-impact-tool?

two ways I would try it.

1. impact hammer - may be enough to loosen without runing the wheel
2. make a thick bar with 2 holes that bolts onto the hub
3. get a steel wheel and drill out hole for the spacer nut

I guess people mean like this - if its a left hand thread.

OR

Can someone stand on the brake pedal - if fitted

OR

Can you clamp the driveshaft somewhere with a mole grip
