If you weigh up the amount of information, help, encouragement and motivation you get on here from the LCB community, then compare it to buying a Kit
car mag - there is just no contest at all.

Right guys, sorry for the slow response to this. I've had my 'in laws' (well, my girlfriend wants them to be anyway, lol) here for
a week so not had much time to myself.
Total raised so far is £380. Once I subtract the Paypal fees it came out at £358.
The OCZ drive is £308, and I'm going to order a new HD for the server as it only came with one and I wouldn't want to run without RAID.
Have just dumped the cash into my account so will get the parts ordered early next week.
