There is more than one way to do it.

The most inportant bit is the thrust bearing. It needs to be about 20mm longer than standard.
Two main options.

Buy a new one from Westfield at around £60 (its a steel spacer glued to a new bearing).

Or turn a spacer up and stick it to the Mt75 bearing.

Clutch itself, Here there are lots of options
A cheap and easy way If you have the 1.8 flywheel. You want the clutch kit from an early Mondeo that has the 220mm dia clutch plate with 1" 23 spline center. Cover plate will come with it. Bin the bearing.

That lot will bolt together no probs.

Mine is a lightened 2.0 flywheel so gives me a 240mm clutch. The bearing I picked up from a westfield owner who went bec and I paid about £12.

cheers

If using a 240mm flywheel /clutch a transit 2.5l clutch is ment to be good for 200hp.
I`ve used a transit clutch cover which is quite light activation, with a 6 paddle clutch.
Have yet to find how well it works, still a few months from completion.
