how close to parrallel do the lower front and rear bones sit with the ground when car and spring have been run a while.

Mornin,

As a rule of thumb the bottom bones should be parralel to the ground IIRC.

According to build manual, Front lower bones should be parallel to the ground. Rear ride height is 25mm higher than front measured at the front of the rear wheel arch.
