It would only need a bit of edging tape on the wing to get through SVA. Mind you not having a bonnet may be more of a problem!
If it was adjustable they could use it as a handy snow plough.

They are called ET Rider Dual filament
No idea where you would get them from in the UK.
They are about 160$ each,

A Dax featured in CKC had them a few months ago - Can't remember where he said he got them but I am sure I have seen them on the 'bay from
some of the bike places.
