what is this?

Linky

It looks very much like a robin hood front suspension set up that has had the boot area tapered off to mount a bike in there.
Anyone got any more information on this or similar designs?
Its a bit angular and agricultural looking for my liking but the concept is good........isnt it?

Well the website that picture comes from says

Stinger Mk 2. Engineer designed and built for performance with comfort and excellent handling. Two front wheels with single driven rear, two spacious adjustable seats with headrests. The bike rear end is a Honda 900 RRS four cylinder 893cc Fireblade giving 128bhp and has a six-speed sequential change gearbox. Performance is fantastic, as the trike only weighs 340 Kg. The engine revs to 11,000 with the power band coming in at 6,500 revs. The rear tyre is a 205x 17” to put the power down (as fitted to Porsche). The trike has full instrumentation and radio, and is fitted with aero screens and a roll bar.

Looks like it was for sale recently (different web site)

Reverse Trike Stinger MK2 with Fireblade Engine. Engineer designed and built, the bike powertrain is a Honda 900 RRS four cylinder 893cc Fireblade giving 128bhp, with a six-speed sequential change gearbox. Performance is fantastic with 380 bhp per ton! The engine revs to 11,000 with the power band coming in at 6,500 revs. The rear tyre is a 205x 17” Bridgestone to enable the driver to utilize fully the super bike performance. Equally the trike is happy to be driven in a more relaxed manner returning up to 45 mpg!

There is full instrumentation and radio, two comfortable seats with headrests and full harnesses. The trike was SVA’d and first registered 2007; it has a current MOT and Tax. Cheaper to insure than a bike and more protection! It’s quicker than a Grinnall and far cheaper! Reason for sale – next project beckons! Asking £3,250.00. Bike has only covered 13,300 miles. The trike is in Shropshire, England, UK. For further information please email me. Pics available.
