Fuel hose

What are the requirements for the fuel hose for the SVA?
I've looked at the one running from my tank to the engine and cant see any significant markings on it, but have a niggling feeling I've seen somewhere it needs some marks on it.
Any pointers and places to purchase if needed?

Most testers will want to see approved fuel hose. Whether they'll bother checking is another thing but it's cheap stuff (and an annoying fail).
I just bought some off Ebay but made sure it was suitable marked before purchasing it...

be warned. I had marked fuel hose, the type with the cotton braid on. Even with that visible i was asked for documentation proving that the hose was suitable for the fuel the car ran on. This could either be a manufacturers data sheet or in my case the page from the catalogue it was ordered from showing the part number and stating it was fuel hose for unleaded. This was all photocopied. apparently it's to cover VOSA that should your car burst into flames and injury/kill someone if proof is sought that the car was safe VOSA can if required produce the photocopies of the documentation to proove they checked it was okay.

Hope that helps, don't forget to take some documentation to the SVA

Cheers

The same applies for the filler hose as well.
