That's the result of wanting a virtually unobtainable car and having zero budget.
The advent of the internet and the computer age in general make all this stuff more doable, don't you think ? Draw it in CAD, research the
issues, source the parts etc.
When this Gentleman started this, he would have had a hacksaw and some old copies of autosport.

it may well have taken him 20year, but thats chassis looks like a cracking bit of work. and like zil says, when he started it would have all been in
his head, and he'd have had no drawings or anything to go by

Quite a sad story really - all those years working on it and he never got to finish. Does look like very nice work too. Couldn't his slacker
son have helped out his old man a bit?
