WTD:weber sensor/switch?

hi i need one of these i comes of a pinto 1.6 weber carb, is it the fuel cut off switch?

Its not a fuel cut off, it's an air bleed that lets lots of air in when power is removed, so stops the car running on.

Glue it in the 'power on' position and stick back in, you do not need it.
