fuel set up
will a bike pump if mounted low down feed the carbs if the tank only has a out let on the top?
( the tank is a modified triumph spitfire unit)
It ran ok ok with the std pinto mech drive unit

Think about it, think about it again and then do it.

How does the fuel get from the top of the tank down to the fuel pump ?
Bike pumps like to push fuel around the system.
The outlet on the tank is usually at the bottom and that supplys fuel down to the pump and then pushed up to the carbs.
Hope this helps.

the tank has an out let on the top which has a pipe into the bottom of the tank, it was just te see if the pump would pull up and then pump to the
front of the car.

Bike pump won't see any difference once the system is primed.
