Whats wrong with Snow Chains?? Ive got some, and had to get them out the other day. Didnt use them mind, but checked them over.

a car passed me whilst stuck last week with a set on and had been meaning to look these up since. This other car just cruised past and up the hill i had no chance at and was stuck at the base of for 2 days.

seem worth a punt.





been a bit of a rush job really, bodged it all together in just 5 1/2 years.

£50 is a fair amount of money, id be tempted just to buy a good length of chain and thread it through the spokes on the wheels.

Yes, they're good, my mate in the Pyrennes uses them, BUT will get quickly destroyed on tarmac....
