Soft tops - and stoneleigh
Would anyone know if there are likely to be any suppliers of hoods ( not robin ) at stonleigh. I've never been before and would dearly love to
bring home a soft top which I could tweek to fit my car.
I've had a quote from Jill Judd and to be honest, it sounds more than fair for a hood that is custom made to fit my car. But there's no
way on earth I'm driving 460 miles in a locost in a day to get a hood fitted ..and then the same back home again.
Failing all of the above, are there any of you who have made there own hood and could offer any tips ?
Many thanks
JF

Look at Surrey Dave's website- I'm pretty sure there's some tips on making your own 'Flintstones' hood.

i like the flintstones hood idea, i've never really seen the need for a full hood running to hundreds of pounds. in my experience they cost a
lot and spend most of their time rolled up!
lets face it, unless you are desperate who's going to go out in an open top when its raining?
at most you need you hood for half an hour on the way home from somewhere
