can you cut mushroom adaptors?
As the title really, where they protrude form the bottom of the hub can you trim them a bit, making the drag link nut a hell of a lot easier to
tighten up?
Or will VOSA take a dim view, even though they are clamped and have an M8 capscrew through them retaining them into the hub?
Any advice appreciated, mucho thanks,

I don't think you need to.. If you tap (copper hammer, rubber mallet, wood and hammer ect) the taper into the mushroom you should be able to do
it up with a socket and extension bar?

mine have the taper bush welded in at a funny angle and the nut only just clears the side wall when your starting it by hand, getting a socket on it
can be a right pain, plus it would look neater IMO if they were cut, just a thought.
