Tripod method of corner balancing??

So has anyone tried this?? Tried to use bathroom scales last night and results were shite (+-4kg reading from the same scale just rolling the car on and off). Going to put the car on proper corner scales on Friday night at Brands, but want to try and get it as close as possible first so not up all night.

Cheers Austen

Did you slacken off all the suspension bushes and put the dampers to soft?

All the tripod method does is equalise one axle - fine if that is what you want shite if not!

Hi Austen.

I wouldn't worry to much about getting it too close. Once it's on a set of accurate scales it shouldn't take more than 30min to sort it out.

The big decision you need to make is whether your going 50 / 50 or equal fronts. Or if keen do a back to back both ways. That would be interesting for you to do. And you would also learn quite a bit.

Cheers Matt
