Terrapin FTP Help
Hi Guys
I bought Terrapin FTP about 18 months ago and used it to update the Welsh Sprint and Hillclimb Championship
Website and the results / times / points.
I upgraded my PC a few weeks ago and thought I'd managed to record all my passwords - you can see where I'm going with this!
So, I can't find my Terrapin registration code and I've tried the page on the Terrapin site to ask for it but I've had no response.
Anybody know what I can do? I really don't want to pay for it again!
Regards
Wyn

Have you tried ringing them? Their numbers no their website. If they emailed you your code then presumably they'll have a record of it and can
re-send it.

Not much use recovering your password, but in the meantime you could try Filezilla

As above Filezilla is pretty much the industry standard these days is is very good indeed and it is 100% free and is available for almost any
operating system.
If you use FireFox as your internet browser you can also try FireFTP it is an addon for the Firefix family of Browsers and allows you to upload
from a browser window again it is 100% Free. http://fireftp.mozdev.org/

Thanks guys - as well as submitting my request via their web site I've tried phoning and emailing Terrapin and have given up.
Filezilla downloaded!

And I've just tried Filezilla and realised I should have used it all along!
