Someone needs to read the book of Locost!
This company has surfaced before (http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=86002) but now they're offering themselves up for investors
on that well known auction site. 7 million dollars for a hardtop diesel powered Locost business? Wow!

Certainly ain't a bad looking piece of kit though, I'm surprised one of the uk manufacturers hasn't produced something along these
lines.
These Scandy designs get a lot of positive feedback from what you read on the forums, I'm sure MK or similar could design and produce something
like this.......?

Design wise I think it's the kind of thing people really like the look of, but which, unfortunately, no-one will buy.
People who buy 7s aren't looking for a roof etc, they've got other choices if they want that kind of motoring.
It's a bit like the difference between going camping with a tent, and taking a caravan
As some day it may happen that a victim must be found,
I've got a little list-- I've got a little list
Of society offenders who might well be underground,
And who never would be missed-- who never would be missed!

I agree with Interestedpartys view and at 1600lb it ain't light. 175mph is IMHO way off the mark.
I'd also be interested to know of anyone here has acheived 80mpg. Maybe the guy who has
the oilburner ? Sorry mate, can't remember your username, rayburn something ?
