Lydden Hill track day
I know it is a bit late to report but had a brilliant morning at Lydden last Saturday. First time on my new wheels fitted with R888's.
Fantastic, felt like a different car and I was lapping at 51secs which is good for me and nearly 2 sec's better than my fastest time. All I need
to do now is lose some of my own weight. Barry

51sec is what i was doing. A nice pace. Not going to fast and still skinning the mk3 golfs!
You had a right blessing with the weather to!
Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

The R888's make a huge difference. Probably the single biggest performance mod I've made on my car.
I managed to get "unofficial" lap times at Lydden of around 48 seconds according to SHMBO
