master cylinder choice

ok, i've got 3 master cylinders, clutch, front and rear brakes. all 3 master cylinders have to be used.

5/8" 0.7" and 0.75" (its the way wilwood mark them! is 5/8" 0.65"?)

i've also got this clutch


rear brakes are sierra

fronts are bedford midi calipers

what order should the master cylinders be in? i'm well confused lol

i want to get them all put in, and not have to take anything back out now. i want to actually be able to test it all i'm actually at that stage! lol

0.75" is clutch
0.7" rear brakes
0.65" front brakes

now, thinking about the brake pedal and bias bar, is there any general rules as to how they are located in a race car? ie, from left to right, clutch, front, rear? or clutch, rear, front? just thinking about the bias bar, don't know if the bearing in the middle is offset to one side when its made. don't really want to take the brake pedal apart, its a pain in the crotch to get the bolts in

It really comes down to how you want the hoses routed so you can have Front/Rear or Rear/Front - but it is handy to label them for later reference as it is easy to forget which way you turn the bias bar.

didn't know if the bearing inside the pedal was buit offset to one side or the other lol.
i can see the hoses coming off, one cylinder has a hose that comes striaght out the side, and runs down the insode of the car to the back, theother other has 2 hoses off it, one going left and through the front bulk head, the other goes right and out the bulkhead, but i think i will lable them anyway

am sur my clutch m/cyl is .625". i ordered a wilwood one and took reference from the one in the s2000!

seems to work got it set up as per this too

regarding the cylinders and how they're screwed in on the push rod. the front side of the balance bar sits further forward on the car, push the pedal and it moves the furthest. hopefully thats right. going to get the engine fired up again in the next few days, maybe even fill the brakes and clutch up, might actually get a drive or at least move on its own...

mine has got a .75 for the clutch.

I was going to ask a similar thing as I need to order some brake master cylinders.

I will be running a Wilwood Ultralite Kit on the front and Sierra Calipers on the rear, so are 0.7" and 0.75" the correct master cylinders to order?

You would normally run a smaller m/c on the front brakes - I would say that 0.65" is more suitable
