What sort of hinge is this?

Just noticed it on the window behind me in the office  I could do with some, but I don't know the name to search for. Any ideas?

I dont know what its called, but its very popular in the Alps on timber framed windows etc etc... seem to be everywhere over there, have often
marveled at their simiplicity :p
