Proper job!

I'm tempted by SUs. Are they HIF8s from a Rover V8?
And is the manifold commercial or did you (and would I have to) fabricate it?

Don't know if anyone would be interested but I'm currently making a pinto inlet manifold for a friend to run a set of 38 mm Mikuni carbs from a GSXR. Just waiting for the tig welding to be done.

Once I've made sure she runs ok and done a bit of devolpment work on the jetting I would be happy to knock out a couple more manifolds for board members perhaps at material cost + a little bit for my time?

GSXR carbs can be had on ebay for about 40 quid. So a whole setup for £120ish?

Got to be cheaper than 45s which mostly only run 36mm chokes.

I will keep you updated when she hits the dyno.
Any interest?
